The controller of your personal data is Webtechnika Sp. z o.o. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of: performing actions aimed at concluding and executing a contract, with the legal basis for processing being Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; and meeting legal requirements in the area of accounting, where the legal basis for processing personal data for these purposes is Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
Your personal data will be processed until the legal obligation ceases or the claims against the data controller expire. Your personal data is not subject to profiling or automated decision-making. The personal data controller will not transfer personal data to a third country. However, the controller may transfer your personal data to external entities, such as data processors and recipients, to properly perform services, meet the controller's legitimate legal interests, or comply with legal obligations (e.g., software providers, couriers, payment processors, accounting service providers, consulting services, banks, government offices).
You have the right to access your personal data, as well as the right to rectify, transfer, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Additionally, you have the right to delete your personal data and to object to its processing by the controller, except for data processed to protect the controller's legal interests or as required by legal obligations.
The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with the GDPR and Polish law. In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
